Graphic Designer

You are not here to execute briefs from account managers. At Kallisto you work directly inside real sports businesses — creating content that actually gets used, campaigns that actually run, and brands that actually sell. No layers. No agency politics. Direct ownership of your work and visibility into whether it performs.
The work spans social content, paid advertising creative, brand identity, sportswear graphics, pitch decks, and digital assets across multiple clients and industries. You need to be fast, versatile, and comfortable working without someone holding your hand.
Video Editor

This is not a post-production role waiting for footage to arrive. At Kallisto you are embedded inside active business operations — editing content for live commerce, social media, paid advertising, and brand storytelling across real sports businesses generating real revenue.
You work directly with operators, not creative directors. You need to understand what performs, not just what looks good. Fast turnaround, platform awareness, and the ability to take raw footage from concept to published content without a lengthy approval chain.
